High Impact Financial Reporting and Analysis
We will work together on finding a service level that is appropriate to your business. However, as a guide I offer the following three options -
Harbour Mini*
This will provide you with essential information to help you manage your business. I will attend your monthly meeting and in general, you can expect a reply to any requests within 24 hours.
Harbour Mid*
This will ensure you fully understand your financial position I will improve your profitability and cashflow through a process of understanding and change. I will attend two of your monthly meetings or similar, and you can expect me to respond to any further requests within 12 hours.
Harbour Max*
This will give you a complete understanding of your financial position and a financial strategy for future success. I will endeavour be available to you whenever required and will respond to any requests within 1 hour.

As a reminder the list of indicative services available can be found here. However, as every business is different and some services will be more appropriate than others, not all services are available within each service level.
Don’t worry, we will work out and find the best combination of service and service level when as part of the engagement process.
In addition to the above, through my personal network I can also organise year-end accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, company secretarial, tax returns and tax planning. I am equally happy to liaise with those already providing these services if that is the case.
