PART-TIME FINANCIAL DIRECTOR / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Who am I?

I am a freelance FD/CFO who helps firms manage their financial performance. The precise work varies but I work about a day a week with a few clients only which allows me to deliver key results. I am passionate about management accounting, turning over stones, training staff and helping people understand what lies behind the numbers.

I work with business turning over £2m - £6m and specialise in the legal and recruitment sector. I use my commercial experience and interest in people, processes and reporting to deliver impactful results to my clients.

What do I do?

I typically start with a Diagnostic Financial Review of your financial management and reporting processes, a mini-audit. This is a deep dive which enables me to highlight areas for improvement. I focus on people, process and systems.

Thereafter, I seek to add value by delivering results and establishing a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship. Click on My Results to find out how I can help you.

You either don’t want, don’t need, or can’t finance a full-time FD but, you need an experienced skillset on a continuous basis, or to resolve specific issues. My independent part-time service works continuously with your business, produces better results, and lowers risk.
