Are you not just a number cruncher?
No. I’m a business advisor who uses their accountancy training and 20 years of working inside organisations to add value during the year.
What pain do you take away?
Cash flow forecasts will show how much cash you have in your business and if you are likely to run out of cash, or be unable to pay staff or suppliers. Profitability analysis will reveal if there are products or customers who are losing you money. Forecasting will help you avoid surprises and maximise your drawings and /or investment in other areas of your business. Having an experienced business advisor to talk to will provide someone who listens and helps during challenging times.
When are you actually available?
I fit in with your needs. Whilst my services are part-time, they are continuous. I recognise you may want a full-time resource but may not be able to afford one, so I offer the benefit of experienced resource but on a part-time basis.
Is your service not really for larger businesses e.g. not mine?
Not at all. Whatever your size, you may be losing profit or cash or not reporting as clearly as you could. Typically, larger organisations employ teams of management accountants to fill this need on a full-time basis, but my unique offering now allows you to access these same services and benefit from the analysis and interpretation and advice.
